General
Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of advertising
programs is subject to space availability upon receipt
of a signed contract or insertion order by SecuritySource.net
2. Online campaigns will be billed in full for the entire
contracted period in the first month the banner is posted
on the site.
3. Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice.
4. Positioning of the advertisement is at the discretion
of the publisher except where a request for a specific
position is acknowledged by the publisher in writing.
5. Cancellations or changes in orders must be made in
writing and be received by the publisher at least one
week prior to the posting date.
6. Rates are subject to change upon notice from the publisher.
7. All contents of advertisements are subject to the publisher's
approval.
8. All insertion orders are accepted subject to the provisions
of the current rate card.
9. Online publisher shall not be liable for any costs
or damages if for any reason it fails to electronically
publish and display an advertisement. In no event shall
online publisher be liable for any loss, expense or damages,
consequential or otherwise, arising out of publication
of such advertisements, including, without limitation,
those resulting from claims or suits for libel, violation
of privacy, plagiarism, and copyright infringement.
10. No conditions, other than those set forth in the rate
card, shall be binding on the online publisher unless
specifically agreed to in writing by the online publisher.
Publisher will not be bound by conditions printed or appearing
on insertion orders or copy instructions which conflict
with the provisions of the rate card.
11. Publisher is not liable for delays in delivery and/or
non-delivery in the event of Act of God, action by any
government entity, fire, flood, insurrection, riot, explosion,
embargo, strikes, whether legal or illegal, labor or material
shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work
slowdown, or any condition beyond the control of the publisher
affecting production or delivery in any manner.
12. The acceptance by SecuritySource.net of any order
form or other document submitted by advertiser or its
agency is expressly conditioned upon advertiser and its
agency assenting to the terms and conditions contained
in this document. SecuritySource.net will not be bound
by any terms or conditions appearing on any purchase order,
copy instruction, or other document submitted by advertiser
or its advertising agency unless these additional or alternative
provisions are expressly agreed to in writing by SecuritySource.net.
